This makes a dozen restaurant concepts completed with Plated Projects between Tucson, Flagstaff and the Phoenix valley. W&W is in the ground level of a 5-story mixed use project. The concrete shell, piping from upper levels and mechanical system were embraced with our design concept for the space and finishes. The concrete ceiling and piping were left raw and exposed in the front, grinding of the concrete floors to expose the aggregate, balanced by new wood soffit for warmth, whiskey barrel staves at the entry and clean modern tile and countertops. We worked with a local company in Flagstaff to select the wall covering and used a local millwork company for the booths.
