Embracing a slump block, pitched roof ranch home from the 70’s, we reimagined the interior to make odd spaces more cohesive and connected to an incredible site at the base of Camelhead. The main entry was relocated to allow the circulation and overall space plan to work succinctly and create a new vaulted public space that extended outward east and west to the landscape. Small windows were enlarged or made operable via slider windows to take advantage of access, views, and daylight opportunities.
