The Scottsdale Spirit Award is given each year to one project that helps reshape the community. We received the award for Fate Brewing Company's design and efforts to revitalizing the McDowell Corridor.
When we started the design of Fate we found that the original tenant had windows and patio facing Scottsdale Road, but over the year's turned the entry and face of the building towards the parking lot. The Scottsdale Road facing facade had been closed off and patio abandoned. We want to reintroduce that street facing entry and patio to give the building new life and street presence.
