Aline is in the process of designing new ground up commercial projects like Good Boys Dog Park and Janice's Women's Center, a supportive center for women experiencing homelessness or domestic abuse that provides shelter and will also house a community center. Fate Roma Brewery is a remodel of an existing restaurant, while the Tuscon Broadway project revitalizes previous structures. The Trail West project is a development remodel that includes the relocation of the Polynesian Queen going in on Hayden Rd near Osborn that will serve as a new hub for the community. Also in the design stage is the 42nd Place residential project.
