ALINE is the process of wrapping up construction on several projects, including Goodyear Civic Square, a new ground up commercial project that includes both restaurant and retail space. Taco Viva, an authentic Mexican taco concept in Phoenix is set to open spring of 2024. Work continues on the Tail West development on Hayden Road in South Scottsdale for the anticipated opening of Oliver’s Modern American, a mid-century infused restaurant within the redesigned Polynesian Dairy Queen building that will complement our recently opened brunch spot next door, The Eleanor. We look forward to seeing the kitchen renovations wrap up at Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children, where we donated design services to create a more welcoming kitchen gathering space, along with the future community play space.
