ALINE is the process of redefining live-work spaces with our Black Mountain Vista project in Cave Creek, which seamlessly blends garage, workspace, and living quarters throughout eight unique units. Construction progresses on Northside, our 20-acre, six building ground up project in Gilbert that looks to become a new destination for dining, hospitality, and workplace, slated to complete shell construction in the fall of 2025. Our Marshall Way Plaza project in Old Town will revitalize a dated single-story commercial building to give it a renewed presence while keeping the building’s original footprint. We look forward to continued work with Rosie’s House (A Music Academy for Children) and Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children- two nonprofit organizations that are instrumental throughout the Valley.
