Continuing the expansion of Santan Village in Gilbert, Northside looks to become a new destination that provides a unique setting for dining, hospitality, and workplace. Sitting on nearly 20 acres, the Northside project is designed with the buildings organized in a way that both optimizes external exposure while forming internal courtyards. Two parallel, four story office buildings will make up the east end of the loop, while the adjacent hospitality cluster forms a series of interconnected courtyards surrounded by six buildings of varied design. The nearly 41,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space within those buildings creates an enclosed and lively atmosphere to the central plaza. Nestled in the central plaza is a courtyard that will be sized to accommodate a wide range of community programming. Keeping the the restaurants and courtyard in the heart of the project, a hotel building will anchor the north end of the site. The entire project is designed for easily accessible vehicular circulation, with access to the main entrance into the development from Santan Village Parkway while also providing ample parking between several lots for the mixture of uses Northside will allocate.
