Continuing the expansion of Santan Village in Gilbert, Northside is a vibrant mixed-use destination that brings together dining, hospitality, retail, and workplace in a thoughtfully connected environment. Spanning nearly 20 acres, the development is organized to maximize visibility while creating a series of inviting internal courtyards that encourage exploration and connection.

At the east end of the site, two parallel four-story office buildings establish a strong workplace presence, while a hospitality district to the west is composed of six uniquely designed buildings arranged around interconnected courtyards. Together, these buildings are home to nearly 41,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, creating an energetic pedestrian experience centered around a lively public plaza.

At the heart of Northside, a flexible courtyard provides space for community events, gatherings, and year-round programming, reinforcing the project's role as a destination for both visitors and the surrounding community. A hotel anchors the north end of the development, completing the mixed-use experience and supporting the area's continued growth.

Designed with accessibility and ease of movement in mind, Northside features intuitive vehicular circulation, a primary entrance from Santan Village Parkway, and ample parking distributed throughout the site to seamlessly serve its diverse mix of uses.
