Located in North Scottsdale, the existing home's interior was dated and rooms were closed off from one another. The client wanted a more open and connected floor plan with clean, elevated finishes. The kitchen and den were opened up to the main room using a series of wood beams that we left exposed. The new open space allowed the natural light to flood through more of the home. We used new LED lighting throughout the house, new high efficiency mechanical units, and a smart hub to control all of the electronics, air conditioning and lighting from their iPads.
