Growing Our Partnership with Square One Concepts Across the Valley

Our continued partnership with Square One Concepts is growing, with three new hospitality projects taking shape across the Valley and recently featured in the Phoenix Business Journal.ALINE is currently designing two upcoming locations for Bistecca & Bones, Square One Concepts’ new Italian steakhouse. The first is planned for CityNorth in north Phoenix, with an anticipated opening in early 2027. A second location will follow at the Sydney, where the approximately 6,800-square-foot restaurant will anchor the first floor of a new two-story destination.Above Bistecca & Bones at the Sydney, Square One will expand its Old Town Ski Lodge concept with a larger second location. ALINE is designing the approximately 2,500-square-foot space, including a wrap-around patio and an evolved experience that builds on the character of the original Ski Lodge above Wasted Grain in Old Town Scottsdale.Together, the three projects represent the continued evolution of our relationship with Square One Concepts.
