Facing design challenges head-on often leads us to our most innovative solutions. With Fate Brewing Co.’s Phoenix venture, the puzzle was incorporating their iconic elements — the beer hall, patios, indoor and outdoor bars — into a cohesive space under one roof. Making the decision to open the east, south and west walls introduced a dynamic "flex" space blending indoor comfort with an outdoor feel, thanks to collapsible window walls. This not only brings the patio experience indoors but also ensures it's enjoyed year-round.
Every project speaks to us. Sometimes, it's a fresh insight; other times, it's a nudge back to the basics. With Fate's third iteration, we were reminded how practical design paired with innovation can truly bring a community together. It's moments like these that fuel our passion for shaping local spaces.
