Repurposing what was a dated restaurant in the San Tan Village shopping district, Bourbon and Bones San Tan reflects many elements of the Bourbon and Bones Scottsdale location while introducing new concepts given this location's larger footprint. The space was opened up, providing a more natural setting to what was previously a rather confined layout. The materials and colors of the exterior were updated to match the Bourbon and Bones branding, and the patio space was expanded to offer more outdoor dining. Building off of Bourbon and Bones’ prior locations, elements of wood in the design reflect the “bones,” while the use of leather and meat hooks are more reminiscent of “bourbon.”
